What is a professional fiduciary? 
 

A professional fiduciary is a licensed individual or entity who makes decisions, acting on behalf of and in the best interest of their clients in financial, health care and matters of daily living. Fiduciaries may be hired privately or appointed by the courts and often work with seniors, people with disabilities and children.

 

What are your fees?

Schedule of Fees (as of 01/01/2025): 
 

 

  • Trustee Services: The greater of .98% of FMV of assets under management per annum or time spent billed hourly rate of $150 per hour or an agreed upon rate

  • Attorney in Fact Services: $125 per hour 

  • Care Management Services: $125 per hour 

  • Conservator of Person and/or Estate and Trusts Under Court Supervision: $100 to $150 per hour (varies per County) 
     

Hourly rates are billed in 1/10th of the hour increments. 

Fees may be adjusted annually after a 30 day written notice. 

Fees are negotiable based on client need.
